VisaEaseIndia ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Identity data: Full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number, Aadhaar number.
Contact data: Email address, phone number, postal address, city, country.
Visa & travel data: Country of interest, visa type, travel dates, purpose of visit.
Documents: Passport scans, photographs, proof of address, financial statements you voluntarily upload.
Technical data: IP address, device identifier, browser type, OS version, crash logs.
Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, interaction timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

To process visa applications and forward them to embassies, consulates or authorised partners.
To communicate application status, appointment slots and consular decisions.
To provide customer support via call, WhatsApp, chat or email.
To comply with Indian regulations including KYC and anti-money-laundering requirements.
To improve the Service, prevent fraud, and personalise your experience.

3. Legal Basis (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

We process your personal data under the following legal grounds: (a) your explicit consent, (b) performance of the visa services contract, (c) compliance with legal obligations, and (d) our legitimate business interests, always balanced against your fundamental rights.

4. Data Sharing

We share personal data only with: (i) embassies, consulates, VFS Global and authorised visa processing partners; (ii) payment gateways for enrolment fees; (iii) government authorities when required by law; (iv) cloud infrastructure providers under strict contractual confidentiality.

We never sell your personal data to advertisers or third-party marketers.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for 7 years from the last visa application, per Indian tax and travel-agent record-keeping norms, after which data is securely deleted or fully anonymised.

6. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-restricted, logged, and reviewed quarterly.

7. Your Rights

Right to access and download your personal data.
Right to correct inaccurate data.
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right to erasure of data no longer needed.
Right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children

Minors' passport applications must be initiated by a parent or legal guardian, whose consent we record.

9. Changes

We will notify you in-app and by email 30 days before any material change to this policy.
