Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VisaEaseIndia. By downloading, installing or using our mobile app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Service Description

VisaEaseIndia is a visa consultancy and application-processing service. We assist with tourist, work, PR, student and business visa applications. We are not a government entity and do not issue visas ourselves. The final decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the concerned embassy or consulate.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a services contract with us. For minors, a legal guardian must consent and transact on their behalf.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Our service fees are separate from and in addition to the actual visa/consular fees charged by the destination country.
  • Enrolment payments are collected at the start of engagement and are non-refundable except as per our Refunds Policy.
  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents.
  • Cooperate with additional document requests within stated deadlines.
  • Attend embassy interviews or biometric appointments as scheduled.

5. No Guarantee of Visa Outcome

While we work diligently and follow embassy guidelines, we do not and cannot guarantee visa approval. Refusals by consular officers are not refundable beyond the extent stated in our Refunds Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The VisaEaseIndia name, logo, app design, source code and all content are our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute any part of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the total service fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, we will finalise any in-progress applications where possible and issue refunds per our Refunds Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and thereafter by the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
